I am a seasoned leader and investor with a rich entrepreneurial journey marked by building, scaling, and financing successful marketing businesses, fostering winning cultures, and achieving successful liquidity event in the US.

My influence has been recognized nationally, being named one of the most influential Hispanics in the US by reputable publications such as People magazine, The New York Daily News, Poder magazine, and Urban Latino magazine.

Under my guidance, The Vidal Partnership achieved remarkable success, earning accolades such as Advertising Age Multicultural Agency of the Year twice, Adweek's Hispanic Agency of the Year, Advertising Age A-List Agency thrice, and Advertising Age Five Star Winner.

I have served on esteemed US boards, including the Ad Council for 13 years, the American Association of Advertising Agencies for 5 years, and as a founding Board Member of Advertising Week. Additionally, a founding member of the New York City Economic Development Corporation/Media.NYC for 4 years. I played instrumental roles as a founding member of the Puerto Rico Entrepreneurship Eco-System, the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies, and as a founding member of AIMM @ ANA.
